COVID-19 Information

Facility Implementations

• Screening and tracking procedures of any persons entering the facility including members and staff.

• All members are required to use our online booking tool.

• All members, including walk-ins, are required to complete the Member Sign-In Sheet upon entry by scanning the QR code located at the reception and completing/submitting the form.

• All members are to hand sanitize with the provided 70%+ alcohol concentration sanitizer upon entry to the facility.

• All members are required to provide their own training equipment.

• Striking Tactics MMA & Fitness must be notified immediately if any individuals accessing the facility were in close contact or living with someone who has contracted COVID-19.

• Striking Tactics MMA & Fitness will immediately notify Public Health and disinfect the facility including all touchpoints upon receipt of notice.

• No visitors or spectators are permitted in the facility.

• The facility will be operating at the capacity limit as set out by Toronto Public Health. (70 patrons)

Daily Opening and Closing Process

• Striking Tactics MMA & Fitness will wear disposable gloves and hard surface disinfectants on high traffic touchpoints such as door handles and sink handles and use medical grade cleaning products for training equipment such as training mats or heavy bags.

• Members are provided disinfectant sprays and disposable paper towels to wipe down equipment prior and after every use.

• High Traffic Areas will be disinfected between sessions.

• A thorough cleaning and disinfecting at the facility will be completed at the end of day including all equipment that was used.

• Any soiled garments or hand wraps left behind will be disposed at the end of the day.

• All waste will be removed and disposed accordingly.
