Service Description

Our Women’s Boxing & Kickboxing Program fosters a supportive community to empower, motivate, and encourage women and young women ages 12+ in her fitness journeys and achieve her fitness goals while having fun and releasing stress. The class comprises of Boxing & Kickboxing workout routines and technical instruction. The focuses are to improve physical strength and muscle toning, develop mental resilience with sense of achievement and independence, weight management through the high-intensity nature of the sport, and self-defense techniques to feel safer in various situations with a boost of self-confidence. SHAPE YOUR BODY | BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE Experience the advantages of Boxing & Kickboxing and learn to: • Shape Your Body • Build Self-Confidence • Improve Your Mental & Physical Well-Being and Fitness • Improve Your Cardiovascular and Muscular Health • Learning Self-Defense and Combat Skills • Weight Management, Tone, and Muscle Build Schedule: Tuesdays 4:00PM to 5:00PM Equipment Requirements: - Boxing Gloves, Hand-Wraps, and Shin Guards Instruction Level: Ages 12+, Open to All Levels
