Muay Thai is a dynamic and powerful martial art that originates from Thailand, where it holds deep cultural and historical significance.

 

Known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," Muay Thai uses eight points of contact—fists, elbows, knees, and shins—to deliver powerful and versatile strikes. It also incorporates clinching, a unique form of stand-up grappling that adds to its effectiveness in both sport and self-defense.

Its effective techniques in striking, clinching, and defense boost self-confidence, empower you to face challenges, instill discipline and focus, and enhance your ability to stay calm and composed.


Our program provides opportunities for competition and the practical use of Muay Thai, we offer specialized technical instruction focusing on the techniques of clinching, use of elbows, and sparring.

MASTER THE FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS WITH HONOR AND PRECISION

KALI

Kali, also known as Arnis or Eskrima, is a practical Filipino martial art that emphasizes self-defense, precise footwork, and fluid movement. It includes both weapon-based and empty-hand techniques, focusing on real-world applications and adaptable skills that promote personal safety, coordination, and confidence.

Our program follows the respected Kalis Ilustrisimo lineage, known for its refined techniques, strategic movement, and emphasis on timing, positioning, and flow. We are proud to offer Kali in partnership with KIRO Canada, ensuring instruction that stays true to the roots and values of authentic Filipino martial arts.

Training includes a variety of skills such as stick and blade work, disarming techniques, situational awareness, and unarmed applications like striking and joint control. A core principle of the art is “flow”—the ability to transition seamlessly between offense and defense, helping students remain calm, responsive, and in control.

​

Kali also develops balance, coordination, timing, and footwork, making it an ideal complement to other striking arts like Boxing and Muay Thai.

​

We offer Kali seminars every 6–8 weeks to explore techniques and principles in greater depth.


In addition, we periodically host special Kalis Ilustrisimo seminars featuring guest masters from around the world, providing a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge, train with highly respected instructors, and connect with the global FMA community.
