Service Description

Our Combat Conditioning is a specialized physical training program designed to enhance strength, endurance, agility, mental resilience, and overall fitness levels. If you are a seasoned athlete looking to improve your skills, or a beginner looking to enhance your fitness levels, our program design will challenge your mind and body to new heights! Our program provides a fun and holistic conditioning approach to prepare individuals for the physical and mental fitness demands required for competition. The 1-hour training sessions features 4 training segments: - Stretching routines aims to enhance flexibility and reduce injury. - Endurance Training of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and endurance drills to enhance fitness and stamina. - Striking-Specific Drills focuses on techniques and drills to improve striking accuracy and power. - Core Strengthening exercises targeting core muscles to improve stability and generate power in punches and kicks. Our program focuses on enhancing stamina, endurance, and strength through bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and plyometric exercises for improved explosiveness, power, and speed. Specialized exercises are included to enhance striking techniques and power, with a focus on footwork, ladder drills, and agility exercises to boost agility and reflexes, improving stability and control during boxing movements. Striking-Specific Drills aims to enhance your speed, precision, stamina, reaction time, and agility essential for delivering impactful strikes through heavy-bag drills, focus mitt drills, and reflex drills simulating real bout scenarios.
